Account & Registration

Registering with 7 bd is quick, easy, and completely free. On the registration page Enter your full name, mobile number, and email address. Then set a strong password, provide your date of birth, and accept the terms and conditions. Your account will be ready in just 2 minutes.

7 bd is an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years old to register. Your date of birth is required during registration, and age verification may be carried out before large withdrawals.

No. Each mobile number or email address can only be used to create one account. Having multiple accounts violates 7 bd's terms, and both accounts may be closed with any remaining balances forfeited.

On the login page Click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered email or mobile number and a reset link will be sent to you. Set your new password within 5 minutes. The reset link is valid for 15 minutes.

After logging in, you can update your mobile number, email, and password from Account Settings. To change your name or date of birth, please contact support with the required KYC documents.

To permanently close your account, contact support. Make sure to withdraw all remaining balance first. Alternatively, to take a temporary break, Responsible Gaming you can use the self-exclusion option in Tools.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process. It may be required when withdrawing large amounts (৳50,000 or more), and you may need to submit a photo of your national ID or passport. This is in place to protect your account.

On iOS, update via the App Store. On Android, use 7 bd's Download Page Download and install the new APK from — no need to uninstall the old app. Your account and balance will remain intact.
